Amberley Hall Nursery fees and conditions

Located in a beautifully converted listed building, Amberley Hall Nursery has the space and freedom for children to play and have fun.
With a large and safe environment for your child to grow and develop, our day nursery fees offer an exceptional rate for the level of service provided by our experienced and caring staff.

Fees

Children aged under 3 years – Full day £77.00   Half day £38.50 minus funding entitlement

 
Children over 3 years – Full day £77.00,  Half day £38.50 minus funding entitlement

6 hours per day, any age - £55.00 minus any funding entitlement

There are also limited term time only spaces available.

We now offer an early start from 7:30am to 8.00am for an additional cost of £4.00 per session.

Funded sessions available for eligible children 2, 3 and 4 years and funding for eligible 2 years

from April 2024.

Fees include breakfast, 2 course hot lunch (cooked on the premises), all nappies and formula.

Children receiving funded hours will pay for lunches as funding only covers the child's education.

The nursery is closed for Bank Holidays and for 1 week at Christmas.

Terms and Conditions

  • Fees will be invoiced monthly in advance and are due on the 1st of the month. Any fees still outstanding on the 4th of the month will be subject to a surcharge of 3% for each week that the account is overdue.

  • One month’s notice is required to cancel a child’s space.

  • One month’s notice is required to reduce the hours of a confirmed booking.

  • We ask for additional £50 non refundable deposit required when signing.

  • The registration fee confirms the booking and is non refundable if the child does not start.

  • Refunds are not possible for sickness or closure of the nursery due to circumstances out of our control – for example, the weather.

  • The nursery is closed on Bank holidays and for 1 week at Christmas – this is not charged for.

  • The nursery must be informed in writing if your child is to be collected by somebody other than the people you have authorised. They will be asked to provide identification before the nursery staff will allow the child to leave the premises with them.
